Flowers Near® is committed to the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered product, we promise to replace it , refund your money or offer a partial credit (allowing you to keep the original product). Due to the lifespan of flowers, we require that you call us at 1-833-649-0109 within 48 hours of delivery and explain your dissatisfaction.

Flowers Near®  deliveries in all 50 states in the USA, as well as all provinces in Canada.

Delivery hours are Monday through Saturday (9am - 7pm), although orders can be placed online at any time. Please specify delivery date and time in your order, as well as any special message that you'd like us to include with the delivery.

When it comes to same day delivery, it is required that your order be placed by 1pm in the recipients time zone. This standard time is subject to change during holidays when flower delivery is at its peak. Therefore, while we will do everything to fulfil your order during these times, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Note: A delivery charge of $14.99 is added to all orders, regardles of he number of products that are being delivered.
 

There are times in which a substitution is required to fulfil your order as requested. If this is the case, our customer service department will reach out to you for approval before doing so. You have both the option to approve the substitution or cancel the placed order.

When we refer to substitution, we simply mean that flowers types might be changed based on availability. The bouquet design, size and shape will not change. Our premium designers do a wonderful job with their creativity in these cases, and most customers remain highly satisified.
 

We are happy to send you a real-time picture of your order after it has been completed by our preferred floral designer. This comes free of charge, and is a value add that we offer to keep you informed of the quality of product before it goes out for delivery.

While this is not offered as an option during the checkout process, simply request that you'd like to see a picture of the finished bouquet in the special instructions area. We will do everything possible to fulfil your request, as your experience as our customer is of utmost importance.

In the event that you decide to change your order, we will swiftly attempt to make the change, provided that the design process has not already begun.

We will also change the delivery date whenever possible. Again, this is restricted to whether the design is already in process or not. Any items that are changed (and reflect in the cost) will result in a credit or an additional charge, depending on which is the case.

We will also honor your request to cancel any order, provided that the design of the order has not already begun. If the cancellation of your order is possible, your credit/debit card will be fully credited.
